One-off fee for the suite preparation:

The cost of stay should be calculated by adding a one-off fee for the preparation of the suite:

• PLN 150 if two people are staying in the suite,
• PLN 200 if three people are staying in the suite.

Collecting the keys:

The keys are collected at the main reception desk of the Hotel, the suites are prepared for your arrival by the hotel staff according to the **** hotel standard .

Confirmation of reservation:

In order to confirm the reservation, 30% of the advance payment must be made within 3 days to the bank account:

and 5 days before your arrival, the remaining amount should be settled by bank transfer. Before the advance payment is made, please provide us with detailed information necessary to issue a VAT-advance payment and final invoice. Invoices are sent by post within 7 days.
